It complies with national explosion-proof standards, enabling quadruped robots to conduct safe inspection operations in explosion-proof areas such as oil, chemical, warehousing, and ports. It has high adaptability to unknown and non-structured environments and can move on complex surfaces such as stairs, steps, gaps, obstacles, and narrow spaces, effectively reducing production safety risks.
The core components are fabricated from titanium alloy, 7-series aluminum alloy, steel and other materials. Combined with some parts that are forged from blanks, carburizing/nitriding and shot peening processes, etc., they have achieved advantages in multiple aspects such as high strength, lightweight, fatigue resistance and anti-static properties. They can maintain stable performance during long-term use and repeated loads, meeting the users' demands for high performance and reliability.
Having overcome the high-performance electro-hydraulic composite transmission technology, an innovative design with high integration and high responsiveness was carried out for the electro-hydraulic static actuator. As a result, it achieved comprehensive advantages such as high power density, high shock resistance, high transmission efficiency, and high control performance. It also has functions of protection against accidental grounding impact and overload overflow. It can achieve precise position control with a repeatability of 3 cm. The total load capacity of the machine can reach 30 kg, and it can effectively replace manual labor to complete some complex and heavy lifting tasks.
The explosion-proof quadruped robot can be applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, natural gas, and power. It can adapt to complex scenarios with various paved and unpaved road surfaces, and expand its application fields to areas like forests, uninhabited areas, coal mines, public rescue, deserts, and rocky terrains.
