Product Introduction
CR16 collaborative robot, with a load capacity of 16 kg and a maximum speed of 3 m/s, can be quickly integrated through the rich plug-and-play ecosystem components and applied to scenarios such as picking and stacking in machines, as well as large-load transportation, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of the production line.
Low space occupation
To fully utilize the production space and easily integrate into the existing production environment, the MG400 adopts an integrated compact design of the controller and the body. The base area is only 190 mm x 190 mm, and it can be deployed wherever there is space for an A4 sheet.
Professional performance
The MG400 uses a servo motor with a high-precision absolute encoder, combined with its independently developed servo drive and controller. It can achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm. Through the controller vibration suppression algorithm, while ensuring the spatial trajectory accuracy of multi-axis linkage of the robot, it enables the stability time of the repeat positioning accuracy bandwidth to be accelerated by 60% and the residual vibration to be reduced by 70%.
Simplicity equals strength
The simple design concept has been integrated into every aspect of the robot, significantly reducing the difficulty for small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce automation.
Shorter deployment time
Integrated compact design, flexible and easy to deploy, plug-and-play.
More programming options
Teaching and playback, graphical programming, and Lua script programming are three programming methods suitable for applications of different complexities and programming developers of different skill levels.
The intuitive interface and guided interaction design have significantly lowered the threshold for robot debugging and enhanced the efficiency of programming.
Higher debugging efficiency
With the integration of the robot dynamic compensation algorithm, the dragging teaching method is lightweight, smooth and flexible, which can reduce the point teaching time during robot debugging by more than 80%.
The collision detection function ensures safety. By replacing high-repetition and standard processes with MG400, it enables efficient human-machine collaboration configuration, making desktop collaboration possible. This helps enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve manufacturing quality.
